So, you've stumbled upon our little family-run photography studio. That tells us there's a likelyhood that another quirky person led you here (and your judgement is a bit off today). But alas!, before we start capturing your best angles and worst dad jokes, let's go through some not-so-boring but totally necessary legal stuff…

THE NITTY-GRITTY (But Still Kinda Fun) DETAILS

Our Promise to You:

We solemnly swear to capture your memories with the utmost care, creativity, and a dash of quirkiness and originality. We'll do our best to make you look fabulous, even if you think you're having a bad hair day.

Your Promise to Us:

In return, you agree to:

- Show up on time (or bring cookies or coffee if you're late)

- Smile (or make funny faces – we're not picky)

- Pay for our services (we accept cash, card, and high-fives... just kidding about the high-fives)

THE LEGAL STUFF (We Promise It Won't Bite)

Copyright and Usage Rights:

- We retain the copyright to all images we create. It's like our signature on a masterpiece!

- You get a personal license to use the photos for non-commercial purposes. Share them with friends, family, and even that neighbor who always asks about your life[1].

Privacy and Data Protection:

- We'll guard your personal information like a dragon guards its treasure.

- We won't sell your data to sketchy companies or use your photos to create embarrassing memes (unless you ask us to)[2].

Cancellation and Refunds:

- Life happens! If you need to cancel, let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people – let's talk it out[3].

THE FUN EXTRAS

Props and Costumes:

- Feel free to bring your own props or costumes. The wackier, the better!

- We have a treasure trove of fun accessories too. Viking horns, anyone?

Pets:

- We love furry (and not-so-furry) friends! Bring them along for the photo fun.

- Just remember, we can't be held responsible if Fluffy decides to redecorate our studio.
